Direct Secure Messaging Integration - What Would This Mean for You?

Hi everyone, we have a new capability for Reliance that could improve how you receive clinical data from our HIE. We're can now enable Direct secure messaging as an integration option, which would allow patient information to be delivered directly to your Direct secure message inbox programmatically, rather than requiring manual portal access or file downloads.

Here's what this could look like in practice. Instead of your staff logging into our portal to retrieve records, clinical summaries and lab results would arrive via Direct secure message as they become available. For IT teams, this reduces manual data handling and system integration overhead. For clinicians and operations staff, data shows up in your existing secure messaging workflow.

We think this could be particularly valuable for organizations that already rely on Direct secure messaging for clinical communications.
